Hausa Academy Computer Certificate (HACC)

This course is designed for beginners who want to learn about computers. You will start from the basics and progress to more advanced topics. The training is conducted in Hausa for easy understanding.

Module 1: Introduction to Computers
Module 2: Types of Computers and Their Uses
Module 3: Computer Hardware and Software
Module 4: Understanding Operating Systems
Module 5: Introduction to Microsoft Windows
Module 6: Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Module 7: Internet and Web Browsing
Module 8: Email and Online Communication
Module 9: Computer Security and Protection
Module 10: Introduction to Basic Troubleshooting
Module 11: File Management and Storage
Module 12: Digital Skills for Daily Life
Module 13: Basic Graphics and Multimedia
Module 14: Understanding Computer Networks
Module 15: Final Exam and Certification

Course Details

Duration: 3 months
Training Method: Online (Live classes, video lessons, PDF notes)
Class Frequency: 2 times a week
Exam: 100 questions (Need 70 correct answers to pass)
Retake Fee: ₦10,000 if you fail the exam
Certificate: Free after passing the exam

Hello! My name is Abbalo Lucky, and I’ve been working in the world of IT for over 10 years. I’m passionate about helping people learn about technology in a way that’s easy to understand and fun. As an IT generalist, I’ve gained a lot of experience in many areas of technology, and I now share this knowledge by teaching courses in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Web Development, Programming, and other IT topics.

Over the years, I have worked with different kinds of technologies and helped many students, from beginners to more advanced learners, improve their skills. My goal is to make learning technology simple and accessible for everyone, no matter your background. Whether you’re just starting to learn about web development, want to understand the basics of programming, or are interested in ethical hacking and cybersecurity, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

In my classes, I use easy-to-follow lessons and real-life examples so that you can apply what you learn right away. I believe in learning by doing, and I provide hands-on activities so that you can practice your skills in a safe and supportive environment. I know that learning something new can feel overwhelming, but I’ll make sure you feel confident and ready to tackle any challenge.

With over a decade of experience in the IT field, I’ve seen how quickly technology changes, and I stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools. My teaching style is patient, friendly, and focused on helping you grow at your own pace.
