Hausa Academy Information Technology Certificate (HAITC)

Information Technology (IT) is the backbone of modern businesses and daily life. This course will take you from the basics of IT to advanced topics like networking, programming, and cybersecurity. The training is conducted in Hausa for easy understanding.

Module 5: Internet and Networking Basics
Module 6: Cybersecurity and Data Protection
Module 7: Introduction to Programming (Python & JavaScript)
Module 8: Web Development Basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Module 9: Database Management (SQL Basics)
Module 10: Cloud Computing Fundamentals
Module 11: IT Support and Troubleshooting
Module 12: Digital Literacy and Productivity Tools
Module 13: IT Project Management Basics
Module 14: Ethical and Legal Aspects of IT
Module 15: Final Exam and Certification

Course Details

Duration: 3 months
Training Method: Online (Live classes, video lessons, PDF notes)
Class Frequency: 2 times a week
Exam: 100 questions (Need 70 correct answers to pass)
Retake Fee: ₦10,000 if you fail the exam
Certificate: Free after passing the exam

Hello! My name is Abbalo Lucky, and I’ve been working in the world of IT for over 10 years. I’m passionate about helping people learn about technology in a way that’s easy to understand and fun. As an IT generalist, I’ve gained a lot of experience in many areas of technology, and I now share this knowledge by teaching courses in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Web Development, Programming, and other IT topics.

Over the years, I have worked with different kinds of technologies and helped many students, from beginners to more advanced learners, improve their skills. My goal is to make learning technology simple and accessible for everyone, no matter your background. Whether you’re just starting to learn about web development, want to understand the basics of programming, or are interested in ethical hacking and cybersecurity, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

In my classes, I use easy-to-follow lessons and real-life examples so that you can apply what you learn right away.
